Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.

Shipping costs are fully covered by Mauag.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–4 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days (processing + shipping)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Mauag is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an address error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Significantly delayed

  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on production location and product type.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
